  • High Protein Alfredo Sauce

    A creamy, guilt-free Alfredo sauce alternative made with a cottage cheese and hard-boiled egg base to boost protein and cut down on fats.

    Ingredients

    • 225 g 🧀 Low Fat Cottage Cheese (2% Milkfat)
    • 2 pieces 🥚 Large Grade A Egg
    • 30 g 🧀 Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 180 ml 🥛 Fairlife Ultra-Filtered 1% Low Fat Milk
    • 0.5 tsp 🌽 Yellow Corn Flour, Whole-Grain
    • 1 tsp 🧄 Garlic Powder (Pantry staple)
    • 0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning (Pantry staple)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt (Pantry staple)
    • 0.25 tsp 🧂 Spices, ground black pepper (Pantry staple)

    Instructions

    1. Add the cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, Parmesan, milk, cornflour and seasonings to a blender.
    2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
    3. Pour into a saucepan over medium low heat.
    4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until warmed through and slightly thickened. Don’t let it boil.
    5. Toss through your favourite cooked pasta and add a splash of pasta water if needed.

    Ingredients

    • 454 g 🍗 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    • 1 Cup 🥗 Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade (Est.)
    • 0.5 cup 🥗 George Hughes Sugar Free Bbq Sauce (Est.)
    • 0.25 cup 🥗 Braggs Coconut Aminos (Est.)
    • 0.5 tsp 🧄 Dried ginger (Est.) (Pantry staple)

    Instructions

    1. 1. Cut chicken into cubes and toss in a bowl with the spices 2. Air Fry chicken for 11 minutes, stirring and shaking half-way and 3/4 way through to make sure no chicken is touching in the air fryer basket and all is cooked through 3. While the chicken is cooking, whisk the sauce together in a bowl and begin to warm in a deep frying pan stirring occasionally (you can forego the bowl and whisking and just add to the pan) 4. When the chicken is done add it to the pan and stir to combine sauce and chicken 5. Serve over 1/2 cup of jasmine rice and garnish with scallions and omega-3 seeds

  • Greek Chicken Meatballs

    • 2 packs ground chicken (about 2 lbs / 900 g total)
    • 1 onion, grated
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
    • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • zest of 1 lemon
    • 2 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp fresh black pepper

    Instructions: 

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Add the ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, feta cheese, olive oil, dill, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl.
    • Gently mix until the ingredients are evenly combined, being careful not to overwork the chicken mixture.
    • Scoop and roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are lightly golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
    • Serve warm with tzatziki, pita, Greek salad, buttered rice or orzo, and plenty of fresh lemon wedges.
